After .23140 upgrade on Retina Pro, Windows 8.1 screen resolution changes...

After doing the latest update to 9.0.23140 (running Mavericks) on my Retina Pro, the screen resolution changed on Windows 8.1 so everything is very tiny. I have tried to change the screen resolution to Windows but it won't let me, it changes it back to the high resolution screen.

"Enable Retina Resolution" is checked (as it was before the upgrade) under the Hardware/Video tab.

I don't know why the screen resolution changed after the update and it is very frustrating to not be able to fix it.
