After Mac migration, my Desktop 19 license is missing from my profile

Hi,
Does anyone know how I can get my licence back? I have all the purchase details and key etc. I had this installed on my old Mac and after a Mac Migration, my Parallels a/c only shows my old legacy licenses - up to Desktop 16 - 19 is missing and they keep asking me to upgrade.
They are impossible to get in touch with as there is no email contact and I don't subscribe to the messenger efforts they offer. Is there anyone I can talk to?
