We are using Application Server V9 in a Loadbalancer mode combined with 3 TS. All machines are virtual machines with Windows 2008 R2 X64. Everytime i click on Apply or OK in the Console my agents become not responsive and I need to manually stop and start my services to be able to get it working again. Firewalls are disabled, TS are addressed by IP, netsh advfirewall set allprofiles state off is executed suggested by the support staff. Still no luck. Once it's working, no problems there. The support team is working on it, if you guys have any ideas, they are much appreciated.

hi, 2X services should be set automatic,also make sure that no 3rd party application such as antivirus is stopping the 2X service. Regards,
Services are automatic, no virusscanner is installed on the TS servers and it happens only after a change in the config, ... Support 2X didn't have any idea so ...
HI I suggest To provide 2x support with required 2x logs and terminal server event logs. Event logs: ________________ Go to start --> run --> eventvwr.msc When gathering event logs make sure to 1) clear logs 2) cause error 3) send us application , services(when available), system and security logs clearly marked. They each need to be exported separately.
