Allow 2 different users to access the same virtual machine.

I installed Parallels on a Mac with 2 users, User 1 (admin) and User 2 (standard).

The installation for User 1 was successful. After activating windows for User 1, I put "parallels.pvm" into the "Shared" folder, per Parallels instructions.

When I log in as User 2 and open Parallels, I only have access to a different virtual machine. I am required to install a different copy of Windows onto my User 2 virtual machine.

1. Is there any way for me to grant both users access to the same virtual machine so I can run off the same Windows license for both users?
2. If #1 isn't possible, can I transfer the whole virtual machine (with its copy of windows) from User 1 to User 2?
