I am looking for a way to close windows in Windows. Alt F4 doesn't work can anyone suggest a solution that will work in Outlook and other Office programs and windows in general. Is there any post or list anyone knows about that lists known shortcuts that work in parallels particuarly for Office programs. Thanks for any help.
It's so nice when questions come with enough data for a sensible answer. If you are on a laptop, try fn-function key, or change the sense of the fn key in system preferences.
Alt F4 Thank you. That helps. Would be nice if there was a way without disabling the hardware functions.
It doesn't disable the hardware functions. It reverses the sense of the fn key. If F2 gets passed to software, then fn-F2 makes the display brighter.
