I map the command key to alt and the alt key to Win. When I'm using parallels 5 pressing command+tab (which should result in alt+tab) does nothing, or occasionally actually brings up the switching apps, but I have to tap command again to get windows to register that I released the alt key. If I hold down BOTH command keys, then it works for alt-tabbing as expected, but I don't want to have to do that. This wasn't an issue in parallels 4...
