Always have to shut down mac

Hi everybody,

I have the following problem:

I installed Parallels 2.1 on my MacBook Pro 2,4GH.
Now I created a new VM for installing Windows XP.

And here comes the problem. Every single time I try to start the newly created VM for installing Windows XP a gray layer moves down from the top of the screen and a popup appears telling me in 4 languages that I have to shut down my Mac by using the turn on / off button.
I have no idea y. I searched the forum, but didnt find anything...

It sounds like you are having a kernal panic.
