    Hello,

    I thought I was purchasing Parallels 3.0 from Amazon.com.

    http://www.amazon.com/o/ASIN/B000GHIV2Q/ref=s9_asin_title_1-1966_g1/105-5816179-0212414?pf_rd_m=ATVPDKIKX0DER&pf_rd_s=center-1&pf_rd_r=0EV6Q8JA7S907JXR1Y5F&pf_rd_t=101&pf_rd_p=278240701&pf_rd_i=507846

I received it yesterday and it was Parallels 2.5!!!

In the comments at Amazon, folks were saying that they got a free upgrade to 3.0, but I am unclear of the process to do this.

Can anyone provide me the steps to upgrade my product to 3.0?

    Thanks.

P.S. Notice on the Amazon site it shows a box with the word "3.0" on it. The box I received had no such version number on it. Which made me suspicious right away.

    Thank you for the reply.

Do I send the email to the address listed in the "Contact Us" page at www.parallels.com (info@parallels.com) OR do I go through their Support link to find a way to send the email?

    Thanks again.
