An error occured when connecting to the 2x applicationserver

I have exactly the same case as mentioned in this topic by SidKapoor. I was disappointed to see no further follow up to this case. As of now the problem still exists for me.

I have the same problem. That comes from the customer because I tested with my mac and my Windows and that function perfectly.

 

hi,
not all linux distros are supported.
you need to install required libraries.
