Hi, I'm using Windows 11 through Parallels 18, and I've installed Robustel VPN on my Windows virtual machine. My intention is to use the VPN exclusively within the Windows VM. However, each time I activate the VPN on Windows, my internet connection drops. It appears as though it's altering the IP settings on my Mac. Could someone please provide assistance?

    Hello!
In order to proceed with further investigation, kindly provide us with the below information:
    1. Reproduce the issue.
    2. Collect a technical report (right-click Parallels icon in Dock > Help > Send technical data > check "Attach screenshots..." > press Send Report) and send the report's 9-digit ID in a reply.
    Thank you!

Network Mode: In Parallels, set your VM's network to Bridged Network under Configure > Hardware > Network. This isolates the VM's network from your Mac's.
VPN Settings: Ensure the Robustel VPN is only routing traffic in the Windows VM and not affecting your Mac's network. Disable any setting that routes all traffic through the VPN.
Check Mac Network: Make sure your Mac's network settings (System Preferences > Network) are not overridden by the VM's VPN.Restart: Restart both your Mac and VM to apply the changes. This should prevent the VPN in the VM from affecting your Mac's internet connection.

Thank you for your help. I have selected Default Adapter under Bridged Network and the problem appears to be resolved.
