I'm using PD final and connect a video processor for firmware update. The USB connects and the (Win XP) update software starts into communicating with the processors, but soon I get a bluescreen for "BUGCODE_USB_DRIVER". I varied the allocated RAM, but this didn't change anything. Any options which I might try? Thanks for any hint.
