In the console there is an option to make an Application Group. You then get a tree structure, where you can place several application in one group, and then give acces to the whole group.

I would like to do this, but I would like to use it for giveing me a better overview of the published application. I have a number of users, who needs 1, 2 or 3 different applications published. So right now I make up to 3 application for each user, and with the number of user i have the lists gets quite long rather fast. if I use the Application Group, I can make a group for each user, and publish the applications in there. The trouble with this is that the user sees the group in the client, and have to click into the group each time for the needed application.

What i am looking for is either a way to "lock" the user into a group, or to make a group just for sorting the list in the console, without any impact in the client end.

    Hi there,

Currently there is no such feature, but there is a "Flat view" feature that is in the pipeline, this should solve your problem.

Please let me make an observation on how you are administering your published applications (Only from what you have shared with us ....)

You are administering your published applications in a User oriented structure. ie Each user has his own folder.

I would suggest that you administer your published applications in an Application oriented structure. ie Publish you applications and in each application/folder state (using filtering) who has access to the appliaction.
