Hello, we currently run 2X Application Server XG on our server farm with Server 2008 R2 and have several applications that function with no problem. One app in particular we run is SQL Server 2008 Management Studio. It runs well on all devices including Windows Desktop and our test iPad. We are now testing 2X with Server 2012. We installed Server 2012, SQL Server 2012 Management Studio and the 2X Application Server XG trial version. We then published 2 Apps, SQL Server 2012 Manage Studio and Visio 2013. On a desktop running Windows 7 SP1 with a 2X client (version 10.1 (build 1275)), our published applications run fine, they both open smoothly. However, when we test running the applications on our test iPad, the 2X client connects, but the application never launches; all we see is a black screen. The server were using is an Amazon AWS server for testing and all our production servers that work fine are there as well. (PS - we run the same clients on both instances) So what could be the issue? I have not tested on Android as at this time, I don't have an Android device. I'm more than willing to give someone access to the servers to test for themselves. Thanks in advance!
connections to server 2012 dont work from ios devices last I asked 2X about this. An update should be in the works though. Android and Windows work great though
