Hi One of our existing 2X users can longer launch the applications we have published to her. This is not a new user, this user has been accessing our network via 2X since April 2012. We publish three applications to the user: an in house CRM program, Outlook 2010 & Excel 2010. Whenever the user double clicks any of these applications nothing happens. On the server where we have 2X installed you can see in the logs that the user has requested access to an application and it is authorised and consequently is also authorised to connect to our Terminal Server. Information about the software in use: 2X Application Server v7.3 on Windows Server 2003R2 Deepnet Authentication Platform v3.4 using SafeID OTP Tokens on Windows Server 2003R2 2X Client v9.0 Client OS is Windows 7 Pro with all updates installed If I try accessing this user account using my laptop (on a plain wireless connection) then the programs start OK. Therefore I assume the problem is with the users computer not loading the App(s). We have reinstalled the 2X client but this has not changed anything. The Windows Firewall is turned off and there is no third party firewall installed. The only thing that I can think that has changed recently is that I renewed the SSL Cert approx. 1 month ago (the user has been using the system successfully since the cert change however). I'm not sure what else to try?
