Application Will Not Open

    I went to the Apple Geniuses to get another issue fixed. They did something that was similar to restoring my computer. After getting it back Parallels will not open. When I click on the icon, the icon appears to be opening and then nothing happens. I would like the application to open as normal. Please help.
