Are Fusion users eligible for a cross-grade to Parallels 12 ?

    Is it possible for existing users of a VMWare Fusion program to cross-grade to Parallels 12? By crossgrade I mean the possibility to just buy the upgrade version of Parallels 12 for existing Fusion customers.
