Assign mor than 2gb ram??

Windows 7 (64-Bit)
16gb RAM
Mountain Lion

Had no Problems assigning 8gb RAM when I installed Win7 through Paralles. Now I decided that I want to run Windows in Bootcamp and import that in Parallels. But now, when I try to assign more than 2gb, it immidiately shuts down the VM and says "fatal error", etc. Is there a soluztion for my problem? Or did I throw the money out of the windows? Contacting Parallels support is not an option, because it seems like you have to be a genious to contact them. Or is it possible to just send an e-mail to "support@parallels.com" without going through a million steps? Plus get a reply?
