Attempting To Submit a Support Request - Wrong Support Code

    I am attempting to submit a support request and I have my support code from my Parallels account but when I submit the request it says it's the wrong code. My upgrade license is only a month or so old, I should have no problems submitting a support request. Can anyone help?
