    Hi!

I'm running my bootcamp Win7 x32 with Desktop 6 for Mac. Everything works pretty well.
Except the one thing I'm not sure about, that's audio playback.

As soon as I play back an MP3 file (several players tested), the CPU usage of prl_vm_app rises from below 5% to about 40%. That is too high in my opinion. There is no high load of the player on the task manager in Win7 (about 5%).

Maybe a problem with the driver? Output device is the Parallels Audio Controller (x32).

    Any hints or suggestions?

    Thanks in advance,

Could the bootcamp installation itself be the problem?
Should I give a new installation a try?
