Sorry if this has been discussed before but I had trouble finding any posts that mentioned this problem. When I run Check For Updates Now it just seems to hang. There's no indication as to whether or not it's doing anything. This has happened on all versions of Parallels. I'm running through a network that has no proxy so it's not a proxy thing although it might be an issue related to setup of the router. What ports does the autoupdate use?
