Automatic licensing renewal whereas nothing appears in my account dashboard page

Hi,
I tried to cancel my license renewal but no information appears in my dashboard on my account page.
I receive today a mail from your services informing me that the payment was done.
The only way to contact you seems to be through this forum.
Could you contact me back please ?
