Dear Parallels Support, I hope this message finds you well. I recently discovered that my Parallels subscription was set to auto-renew. I was unaware of this setting, and unfortunately, I no longer use Parallels after switching to a different machine setup. As such, I would like to request a refund for the most recent renewal charge.
