avi video

    I'm running windows xp on parallels on my macbook and can't get avi live video. I have never had a problem with this on a pc. Help!!!!

    1, Make sure codecs are installed
    2.
    1. Minimize hardware acceleration level in display properties.

    Right click on Desktop -> Personalize -> Display Settings -> Advanced
    Settings -> Trobleshoot tab. Put hardware acceleration level to zero.

    2. Set Color in Display Settings to 24 bit making hardware acceleration
    set to maximum.

    I made sure to do everything you said and I still don't have video.

    I have the proper codecs and have done everything you mentioned and I still don't have video.

    live video

    For our store we have a dvr that I can access through Network Viewer V3.0 to see live avi video from our 4 cameras. The program works fine, I can log in, all codecs and settings are ok, but my cameras don't show video. This works fine on any other pc. It just isn't working on xp on my macbook.

    the program and my cameras are accessed through an ip address

    Should video be shown through Internet Explorer or there is some software for it, also please check that Virtual machine is in Bridged Ethernet mode

    Thank you so much for your help!!! Once I put the VM in Bridged Ethernet mode my video for my cameras came right up!
