Multiple copies/Back up of VM on Paralles Desktop 7
Is the best way to back up a virtual machine in parallels to copy the .pvm file to an external drive?
save the file.. when ya need to restore it... copy the saved .pvm file to the document directory, inside the Parallels folder???
OR IS THERE A BETER WAY TO DO BACKUPS?

OK...Still no response... additional information --- and QUESTION...
Did a clone of working vm on laptop to an external drive. loaded that external vm on my laptop --- EXPECTING it to work like the one i just cloned... Works to a point.. When i try to load up WEBMATRIX 2 to continue development on a site i am developing, WebMatrix 2, is unable to connect to the database. Making the Clone, 1. not a exact copy of my vm on the laptop - Webmatrix 2 connects to the sql local database, 2. unusable for me to develop on the cloned external drive...
??? SUGGESTIONS? FIX FOR THIS??
