Backup Problem !!!

Hello Parallels im new in this Forum
i have a VPS Server since 2years
Windows 2003 Server

but problem is here

yesterday i make a backup for a folder about 150mb-s
i wait for a 1hour and the backup do not finish

i restart the container
and now again backup is running in my plesk
i reinstall the windows 2 times but
again the backup is processing

and my container is working hardly and blocking
and consuming much more RAM than usually
