"Bad image": Windows won't open

I just bought a new MacBook Pro after my MacBook was damaged. The old hard drive was ok, so the Mac people did a data transfer and now I get the following error message when trying to run Windows:
"sass.exe - bad image
the application or DLL D:\windows\system32\lsarv.dll is not a valid windows image. Please check this against your installation diskette."
All I get is a black screen with the VM menu at the top. I have downloaded and installed the most recent build for 4.0.
