My son and I both just bought Parallels to replace VM Ware...big mistake! We tried to activate Parallels but it not only asked for the activation code, but also the old activation code which, of course, we don't have. We got the Parallels for $49 if it was to replace VM Ware and we had to put in our key code from VM Ware to get the $49 price. Parallels tech support is absolutely worthless! I was told no one was available and I would be contacted within 24 hours. You can bet my credit card has already been charged! This is one of the worst experiences I've had with a software company and I wish we had just stayed with VM Ware..At least it worked!
