Be cautious of your renewal dates

  1. I stopped using Parallels a years ago so imagine my surprise when I have an invoice show up on my credit card without notice. Parallels feels it's just fine take your money and then tell you about it after the fact. They even admit this happens in their advise to customers stating that the notification will most likely come after the renewal.
    Make sure you update your renewal preferences or like me you'll get screwed out of a new renewal you don't want.

    This is not how honest decent companies do business.

    We really understand your concern. If you are within the refund period, you can get the refund for the renewal. For your information, auto-renewal is turned ON by default and during the initial purchase, the renewal amount, date and cancelation information are sent to you in an email.
