I use my Windows 7 Boot camp to develop. Some times I run it natively and some times I run it under Parallels. I keep my data(sources and builds) on a shared ExFat partition, which shows up as D: when I'm in native mode. When I'm running Parallels I can see D:, but I cannot access it.
If I share the drive under Parallels, it shows up in the VM as "Data on 'psf' (Y:)". This drive(Y:) shows up when I run natively, but there I cannot access it. This messes up my work flow, forcing me to recompile every time I swap, defeating the purpose of having a shared partition.

I need the partition to be accessible from both modes using the same name. Is there any way to do so?
I'd be thankful for any ideas.
