Best way to keep Windows 11 "running" to allow task scheduler to run task

Hello - I'm hoping this is an easy question, but I need to know the best way/state to run Windows 11 that will keep memory usage low and still allow my Windows Task Scheduler to run an hourly task (that uses an ArcGIS Pro python script to run a model to update data on the AGOL server). Is there a way to run this and keep it completely in the background? I've tried "pause" and "suspend", but the state that Parallels Desktop puts the Windows 11 VM into does not allow the task to be run.

I tried searching around for an answer, but keep getting pointed to the RAS documentation, which doesn't apply to me.

Thank you in advance for any suggestions!

I have a similar question. I'd like to keep Windows 11 running to activate Task Scheduler for my scheduled task, even if my Mac is shut down. If this isn't possible, how to keep Win11 running while my Mac is in sleep mode (when I just leave it open without doing anything)? I'd like my tasks to run at early morning, before logging in for work.
