I have an Epson Stylus C87 printer connected to a D-Link DI-704UP router and USB port print server. With the host Mandriva 2007 I print to lpd://192.168.0.1/lp and with Windows, printer use an installed D-Link port. In both cases the communication with the printer is bidirectional.

With a Windows 2000 guest in Parallels, the communication with the printer is not bidirectional. The job send to the nework print is printed without problems but the printer driver in Windows says that it is not communicating with the printer. Is this a problem with the virtual network NIC of Parallels? Is there any workaround? Any solution for future releases?
