I've searched all over internet to solve this problem I got but didn't find any answer to my problem so far. What happens is that when I try to install windows on my iMac the installation stops right after that "white bar" gets all the way to the right side of monitor while the text says: Windows is loading files...

That is as far as I get. Then I get this message every time I try to install windows.

"Windows has encountered a problem communicating with a device connecter to your computer.

This error can be caused by unplugging a removable storage device sush as an external USB drive while
the device is in use, or by faulty hardware such as a hard drive or CD-ROM drive that is failing. Make sure
any removable storage is properly connected and then restart your computer.

If you continue to recieve this error message, contact hardware manufacter.

    Status: 0xc00000e0
Info: An unexpected I/O error has occured."

Ok so this is what I've tried so far.

Disconnect everything to my computer such as keyboard, mouse before starting install = didn't work
Install both Windows XP SP2 and Vista = none of them work, same message
Install from boot camp (with latest upgrade) and by using Parallels = same message.

My computer is a brand new iMac 24", 3.02Ghz, 2Gig RAM, changed harddrive to 1TB (installed OSX on that one without any problem) and I've downloaded all the latest upgrades for my iMac.

Is there anyone who has a suggestion of what I can do to solve my problem???

    Thanks!
