Billed for 2, only need 1 license.

    Hello- I was auto-charged today for 2 licenses but I only need 1. How can I get that second license refunded? Thanks

    I just ordered a copy today and the same thing has happened to me my credit card got charged twice and I only ordered one copy of the Parallels desktop software. How can I get the second charged refunded.
