Billing Discrepancy

    Can you please tell me how to locate a missing invoice? There is no 'billing' tab and all I have to go on is the date and the amount. I'm trying to locate an invoice for a charge of $105.95 that was paid against our company's corporate American Express account on 11/28/2023; however, we have no record of purchase for a license in this amount on that date. Because AMEX does not include descriptive line items on their bills, I have no way of researching this charge with Parallels customer support because they require a reference number.
