Black screen after launching Amnesia: Rebirth

I installed Amnesia: Rebirth on Stream. When I try to play it I get the intro screens, then the audio plays but there is just a black screen.

I have tried setting all the graphics settings to low as possible, turned off shadows, etc. but it makes no difference. I tried playing in a window instead of full screen, still black screen. I get no error message.

Any other idea how to get this game to work?
