Sometimes when i try to start a program through the 2x client i only get a black screen and even if i try to kill the process in task manager there is a black screen when i start again. I have to log out manualy using the ts-server to be able to start a program again. Is there an easy solution for this problem? I have tried searching but i came up whit nothing
I can't help but I can let you know you are not alone. We have a client that gets black screens from time to time. We have to dump their session or en task on tsclient.exe. Latest build on gateway (not the client) and using 2008 r2 here.

None of these helped us. The black screen is actually the desktop of the server. If the user presses ALT+Tab they can get to their application. Any ideas? We don't use full RDP.
