This happened again. I get a notice today that there is a 'new' parallels available. I say yes, install it. Everything goes smoothly. Then I wait the inevitable 1/2 hour while the new parallels tools installs. Windows 7 kindly asks if I want to reboot to complete the parallels tools install, I say yes. Reboot. Welcome to windows... then the big pretty blue screen that says 'Please wait..." then... black screen, mouse cursor and nothing else. Seems like every update I have to go through this now. How can I clear this black screen problem???
