blinking screen at movie player in Windows XP

I have mac book retina 15 inch.
I use parallels build 8.0.18345

I installed windows xp as a guest os. I use Gom player to play the movie.
When I play the movie using several movie player, the movie screen is blinking severely.

I tested parallels build 7.0, but it's fine.

In the case of ubuntu, it's also fine.

I have blinking screen problem only in Windows XP on parallels build 8.0.
(p.s When I disable the 3d acceleration option, it's ok. But, movie screen passed too much slow to watch.)

Does anyone have the same thing?

Could you help me, please ?

 

I'm having the same problem with Parallels Desktop 8 on my Windows XP.. Is there any fix than disabling 3D acceleration?
