I left my virtual machine to run the latest Windows update and now I have this, see photo. I have Windows 10 Home installed on Parallels. The VM is not responsive. I have force quit Parallels and of course the VM is put to sleep. I have attempted to shut down the VM through the action menu>shutdown and still no response. How do I quit the VM and restore my windows. I am hoping to avoid uninstalling Windows and/or Parallels too to get this repaired. Thanks, Scott
Hi @ScottE2, are you able to mount the virtual machine using Parallels Mounter? Can you please send us a problem report collected right after the Blue screen (Help menu > Send Technical Data...)? This will help us significantly, please reply me back with the report ID number.
