I got a bluescreen while installing the parallels tools while updating to version 3188. Now I can boot into windows, but it won't accept any keyboard or mouse input, so I get stuck at the "Hit Control-Alt-Del to Continue" screen. I can input right up until Windows starts, so I can boot into safe mode, but again get stuck at the ctr-alt-del screen. Booting from the CD allows me to get at the command line, but I have no idea how I'd undo an install of parallels tools or rollback, or reinstall from there. Is there some way to undo the parallels tools install on a Windows installation without keyboard or mouse input? Is there some way to do it from the command line when starting up from the Windows XP install disc? Is there some sort of Safer Mode that will ignore the problem with parallels tools? Thanks.
