Bluetooth and build 5584

Hi

In the past I could use Bluetooth devices in Windows XP. This was done by clicking devices and choosing Apple Wireless. I had not used Bluetooth since a 5584 update. Now the option under devices has changed to Bluetooth USB Host controller and choosing it does not access Bluetooth. In Windows looking for the Bluetooth driver results in a driver not being found. Can you suggest how I get Bluetooth working again as it was working quite nicely.
