I downloaded the new Parallels beta and made a new Boot Camp partition. I installed the mac drivers and the Parallels Tools. Everything works fine if I reboot into Windows. But, trying to run it from Parallels is a mess right now. When it boots up, the only mac driver application that actually loads is the keyboard one. If I go to full screen mode, it stays at 800x600, instead of changing to 1280X800, and if I Ctrl+Option out, the screen stays at 800x600, so to get out of Windows, I have to tab over to the finder, launch the Activity Monitor, and kill Parallels. I previously was using a non Boot Camp partition with the beta, which was working fine. That's problem one.

The second problem is that Coherence never works. If I click the icon on the right side of the Parallels window, it flashes on for a frame or two, and then turns back off. It does this if I have an open window in Windows or not. This didn't work with a Boot Camp or non Boot Camp Windows install. Is there anything I can do to fix this?

I'm running a new MacBook with an 2GHz Intel Core 2 Duo, 1GB of RAM, and a 120GB hard drive.

    Thanks in advance.

I, too, had some difficulty with Coherence after creating a boot camp vm. I had installed parallels tools, but the Coherence option was disabled. I fixed it by uninstalling and then reinstalling parallels tools.

I reinstalled Parallels Tools under Boot Camp, and reinstalled the Mac Drivers under Parallels, and I'm still having both problems. The Apple keyboard driver is the only Mac Drivers application in the toolbar.
