I've set up Parallels on multiple computers with BOOT CAMP installed.

We found it was time consuming restarting the Macs, we want to use parallels

I've search the forum and did not find anything for the NON ADMINISTRATOR user to use
parallels without entering the admin user name and password.

Can anyone please point me in the right direction for the information.

I have downloaded the 15 day trial for testing. I hoped it would work for our 4 or 5 Mac users that also need Windows.

The need for authentication of an Admin user and pass when booting up Parallels is a show-stopper for us as none of the users have or are allowed to have (nor is it safe for them to have) Admin access. Is there really no way around this?

    Hello,

The administrator login is needed when using Parallels with Boot Camp.
Such is Apple requirement concerning the permissions given to the volume directory.

    Best regards,

Last night we had a power failure in my office and the Xserve was re-booted automatically, Parallels restarted but nobody could access the VM until I showed up. This is very inconvenient. Is there any way to script the authentication?

    Thanks,
