I have just installed the latest build of Parallels 3.0 and when I installed Parallels for the first time Windows will not recognize the cursor and remains frozen in the Lets Activate Windows dialog. The Parallels Desktop for Mac User Guide describes a potential issue on page 269 in Chapter #14 quoted here: When you boot into Boot Camp Windows partition for the first time, you may notice problems with the mouse and keyboard. In this case, wait while Windows configures driver settings to enable the devices. The problem I am having is that I cant access the Windows Lets Activate Windows dialog because Windows does not recognize the cursor. Thanks for any assistance Bruce
Hello Bruce, Try using "Clear" utility from your VM Configuration Editor, Hard Disk section, Advanced tab. Just click the "Clear" button there and try to launch Windows again. Best regards, Xenos
