Boot Driver for XP

Hello,

I am trying to install an automated xp install (work soe image) that requires network access during installation. Although I have been able to find the parallels network drivers they are missing the txtsetup.oem file required for this to work and I can't seem decipher Microsoft's documentation on creating a new txtsetup file to point to the driver.

If anyone has had experience with doing this in the past or can point me in the right direction it would be appreciated.
