Hi, I am facing this activation loop issue. I have installed windows 8.1 Enterprise edition with Volume License which can activate on multiple machines. I install on my late 2013 MBP with Bootcamp assist (EFI boot) and activated windows with my VL key. everything was good. Then I install Parallel Desktop 10 (licensed) and load my Bootcamp as VM in OSX. in the VM, it say my windows is not activated. Going to the Metro Setting app->Activate Windows, it have Error code: 0xC004F012 . but after a while it say it is all done and activated without I entering a key (I guess due to my VL, it activate automatically?) I used 50/50 on the Bootcamp and VM depends on my work. However I am facing the activation loop. Every time when I switch between Bootcamp and VM, it will ask me activate it (Error code: 0xC004F012). initially all I have to do is wait couple minutes, then my windows will become activated. But now my VL key has reached its activation limit and I am getting error 0xC004C020. I can still activate my windows in both Bootcamp or VM by running "slui.exe 4" and follow the instructions. But this is just too much and I am not sure will this slui.exe 4 with phone activation work forever or have a limit still. and it is so much trouble to entering 40 digits twice by phone and computer. I am just wondering if there is anyway to solve this to make the windows activation stick? or I have to activate the windows again and again everytime when I switch between bootcamp and VM? the MS Office do not have this issue. I have activate it in Bootcamp 1st then VM and the activation sticks to both. Thanks

Hi, I can activate my windows still. the problem is the activation doesn't stick once switch between VM and Bootcamp. Such as in Bootcamp, I can activate and as long as I stay in Bootcamp and never boot into VM. But once I boot into VM, the previously activated Windows will become not activated. This is same for VM. if I activate in VM, then as long as I stay in VM with Parallel then I am fine. but once I boot into Bootcamp, then the windows is not activate and I have to activate it again by phone.
