Bought a subscription but have not received anything

    I bought a subscription via my browser for my mac and have not received anything.
    My trial period has expired. How do I get the key?

    We can see that you have purchased Parallels Toolbox and the key is delivered to your Gmail address. Please check in spam for emails from "Cleverbridge".
