Bought upgraded version directly from trail

Mistakenly bought upgraded version from trail. My email is ankit10@outlook.com.au and ref no. 495450552. I need solution because i cant launch window as i dont have previous key. I have applied this at cleverbridge as well. But i need solution quick.
