Bridged mode isn't working anymore

after migrating to OSX 10.8 everything worked normally until i started to clone my virtual machine with Win7 to another hard disk. From this point the shared network mode doesn't work anymore.

I cannot access the internet, p.a. cannot ping google.com. Within the host everything is ok.

I have tried to set up another MAC-Adress, no hope.
When I switch to default network adapter, it works but this is no solution because I need to share VPN between guest and host.

I have tried to reinstall Parallels 8, but a complete reinstall seams to be impossible, I have used the tips from the parallels web site on how to reinstall. However, after uninstall and reinstall the first open of parallels shows my old virtual machine, this must be stored anywhere!!!!

Where ist the list of virtual machines stored in parallels 8? I have used AppCleaner for searching remaining files of parallels but ist still remembers my machines after a reinstall.

The same image is working correct under Parallels 8 und OSX 10.6, network is ok!!!

I have used Parallels 6 for more than two years professionally without problems, but this is a desaster...

Mea Culpa, Problem solved, I shot myself into my foot, it was an outgoing firewall....
