broken drivers - and reactivation failed after a repair

I just got my MacBook Pro back from an apple workshop with a new mother board and dvd player

re installed Parallels 5160 as directed
added my upgrade to 3.0 product key

the the installer demanded my old key from June 2006 which I cannot find

I have used the web form to contact support and am awaiting a new key to let me get going again

this is just to log the problem so we can see how long they take

my hdd images appear to be OK but i cannot run them

I could get a trial key within minutes
